The Gospel is the declaration of what God has done in Jesus Christ to save sinners. The plea of the Gospel is to trust in Jesus Christ in order to be reconciled to God. The Gospel offers this reconciliation and the life that it brings to all who would have faith in Jesus Christ. It is this reconciliation that secures for hell-bound sinners salvation from sin and from the wrath of God.
